Spring Cleanin': Volunteer Work Weekend

Course Overview

This spring, North House welcomes you to campus and join a group of dedicated folks who want to advance North House's Raise the Roof campaign by putting the final touches on the new classroom building on campus - the Milling Shop. It's our Spring Volunteer Work Weekend - a chance for you (and a friend!) to help us paint and clean the new building on campus. Other projects to help us ready for the busy summer season will also be available to jump in on including a little sweeping, window cleaning, painting, and gardening. Everyone will work in small teams on a wide range of projects. We'll fire up our on-campus wood-fired oven to bake pizzas in at the end of the day on Saturday. For those able to stay with us on Sunday, we'll also host a Sunday lunchtime barbeque on the harbor. Let us know soon if you would like to help out so we can prepare projects and have plenty of snacks on campus. Families are welcome to attend (ages 12+). Volunteers able to participate only during one of the two days are welcome to participate as well.
