Souper Chowders
Course Overview
Learn the art of hearty chowders to warm and comfort the soul, family, and friends. Three versions of soups - a broth style, a creamy style, and a classic Fisherman's style, will be prepared by the class utilizing the freshest ingredients of the season. Dinner will be savored in North House's intimate atmosphere at the end of class. Each student will take home recipes, creative garnishing and menu planning ideas and approximately one quart of chowder.
