The traditional quilting style popular in Sweden including traditional patterns, fabrics and hand quilting style will be reviewed. Students will then machine-piece a 16 inch square of a traditional design: log cabin-pineapple hybrid. This pattern is intermediate level. If you are interested in the class, but do not have prior piecing experience, please contact the instructor to arrange for another pattern. The square will be used to practice hand quilting style. This square can be finished as a wall hanging. All levels of quilters are encouraged to attend to share our combined knowledge!
