Throughout history, storytelling has played an important role in communities around the world. A good story can welcome, inspire, teach and humor anyone. This course is for students who want to learn the art and technique of traditional storytelling. Participants in this one-day course will learn about finding the “right” story, story structure, pacing and voice techniques, and how to take the “leap” of sharing their story with others. Optional story telling books may be purchased before or will be available for sale during the course.
