Decorative Bread Shaping Techniques
Course Overview
Discover the art and craft of artisan baking to put that exquisite touch on each loaf that emerges from the oven. In this course you will earn to create a number of traditional bread shapes using French bread dough. Techniques learned include the Fougasse (Ladder Bread), Auvergnat (Tophat), Tabatiere (Purse), Fleur (Flower Blossom) and Couronee (Crown). You will also be able to practice braiding bread dough for that artisan touch.
