In the North House teaching kitchen, you will create delicious canapés to highlight the flavors of four great Fulton beers. Learn to creatively pair flavor notes, bringing out subtleties and complexities in both the food and beer. The course will wrap up with shared happy hour to enjoy your culinary efforts, leaving students plenty of time to make the 7:30pm Unplugged Featured Concert.
