Cooking with the Seasons: Wood Fire Cookery
Course Overview
Wood-fired brick ovens can do much more than simply bake delicious pizza and breads. Under the instruction of Chef Judi Barsness of Chez Jude, you’ll learn how to prepare a menu that celebrates the flavors of summer in Minnesota: Minnsine, fresh Minnesota cuisine at its finest (techniques will apply to home ovens and grills as well). You and your classmates will enjoy a three course luncheon you’ll prepare with the chef. Your cooking class includes a recipe packet prepared by the chef to expand your cooking palette in your own kitchen.
