Chef Judi Barsness will celebrate the return of spring in this hands-on cooking class, featuring fresh, regional, organic and seasonal ingredients. You'll learn new cooking techniques for the home kitchen, expand your palate, and discover the joys of preparing and eating sustainable cuisine. Your materials fee includes a three course lunch with the chef from the menu you have prepared and a recipe packet prepared by the chef.
