Aspiring to make delicious meals using healthy, whole-food ingredients but stumped for ideas? This is the class for you! If you love to cook but deciding what to make for dinner is a challenging weekly task, let Lucia Watson of Lucia’s Restaurant, Wine Bar and To Go in Minneapolis help you become a more creative and confident chef in your home kitchen. Known for her fresh, seasonal take on comfort foods, Lucia will cover skills including menu planning using whole grains and vegetables, creating a local larder, sharpening knives and using simple but essential kitchen tools. As a class, you’ll review and discuss a variety of ideas, put them into practice and end with a simple lunch following class. Leave inspired (or re-inspired!) to craft creative, nourishing and gratifying meals in your kitchen.
