Course Overview

Learn to make the classic braided egg bread that graces holiday tables around the world. Students begin by mixing and kneading their holiday doughs based on a traditional recipe and technique, but shaping is the signature of this bread style. You will learn to braid your breads using 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 strand patterns. A perfect addition to your traditional holiday baking reperetoire.
