The knife is an age-old tool that, when used properly, will allow you to make any number of useful items. Learn basic knife safety, carving strokes, and complete a few simple carving projects in this three morning session. After tackling simple spreaders and shaping mini-cutting boards, you’ll feel confident moving on to your own projects. Sharpening knives will also be covered. Knives and materials will be provided for students to use.
