Cooking with the Seasons Online Course
Join long-time North House instructor Judi Barsness from the comfort of your own kitchen to learn new cooking skills and prepare a delicious meal as she brings her popular Cooking with the Seasons courses to the online format. Each session will feature the step-by-step preparation of an entree and accompaniment, as well as instruction in plating and wine pairings. Students will receive a full ingredient, equipment and prep list and can choose to cook along with Judi, or watch and learn and prepare the recipes at a later time. For those who cook along, dinner will be nearly ready at the close of the class. A full recipe packet as well as a recording of the class will be provided. The menu will rotate seasonally. Until we can all safely gather in the North House kitchen, we hope you’ll invite us into yours!
- A laptop or tablet is recommended, but a desktop with a webcam and audio or a smartphone phone can work. If using a tablet or laptop, plug your device in or have your charger handy!

- If you would like to cook along, a full list of ingredients, equipment and preparation tasks will be provided two weeks prior to the course.
